1. GP:1236/SP:1285 Special Use and Site Plan review request of Nu Vision Technologies, on behalf of the owner, Phoenix Group Holdings, LLC, for the construction of a freestanding, 99’ high communications tower. The property is located at 21472 Bridge Street on the east side of Bridge Street in the Bridge Industrial Park north of Eight Mile Road, Lot 33 of Industrial Park Subdivision, Sidwell Parcel #2432-401-057, Section 32, City of Southfield, Oakland County, State of Michigan.
2. GP:1235-P An ordinance to amend Title V, Zoning and Planning, of Chapter 45, Zoning, of the Code of the City of Southfield, by adding new Sections 5.60-A, 5.60-B, and 5.60-C entitled Wind Energy Systems, Solar Energy Systems, and Geo-thermal Energy Systems respectively, to Article 4, General Provisions.
3. GP:1237-P An ordinance to amend Title V, Zoning and Planning, of Chapter 45, Zoning, of the Code of the City of Southfield, by deleting Section 5.221, Special Use Procedure and adding new Section 5.221, Special Use Procedure, to Article 4, General Provisions. This amendment specifically concerns revising the notice requirements for public hearings to conform with the requirements of the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act (P.A. 110, as amended).
4. Amendment to Southfield Comprehensive Master Plan – Amend the Master Plan to include a Non-Motorized Pathway & Public Transit Plan supplement.
