Utility Crew
Utility crews are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for the citizens and visitors to the City of Southfield, curb appeal remains a priority of the Streets and Highway Department.

Crews are responsible for removal of illegal dumping of debris and various objects from the city R.O.W. in a timely manner. Also to maintain, replace and install new guard rails to afford roadway safety for the motorist in accordance with MDOT Bureau of Highway Development Standards.
