The Michigan Works! Talent Bank is available seven days a week, 24-hours a day. By logging on this site, you can post open positions and review resumes.

Assess and Interview Candidates
Qualified friendly staff is trained to assist with recruiting, screening, and referring of applicants. We also can help host a job fair for your company, provide interview rooms and be a point of contact for applicants to pick up and return your employment applications.

Career Resource Center
A complete array of career-related resources, local community information, labor market data and work place safety issues.

Training Funds
Before you hire, call for information on state and federal tax credits for new hires.

Outplacement Services
Should you implement layoffs or conduct a plant closing, outplacement services are available. Workshops on resumes and job search techniques, job placement assistance, career counseling and tuition assistance are available to help laid-off employees upgrade or gain new skills.
