For commercial property, a mailing address change can be accomplished by mailing your request in writing on company letterhead signed by the president or CEO and including the property address, parcel number, new mailing address and day time phone number. For residential property, a name or mailing address change can be made in person at the Assessing Department or by mailing a request to the Assessing Department. The request should include your property address, parcel number and your new name and mailing address and day time phone number. Please sign and date your request.
