Parking Violation Fines
The following fine and costs apply if the ticket is paid within 14 days; additional fees are assessed for late payments. MCR 1.110 requires fines, costs and applicable fees ordered to be paid in full at sentencing.

Handicapped Parking - no valid permit/plate $165 $195
Handicapped Parking - with valid permit/plate $20* $50

*If a handicapped individual was operating the vehicle or was being transported and had a valid permit or plate which was not displayed properly, the Court may reduce the fines and costs to $20, if proof or a copy of the valid permit/plate and a copy of your driver's license is provided to the Court within 14 days from date of issuance.
