A final draft of the Comprehensive Master Plan is now available (dated October 16, 2008, approved January 2009). 

Copies of the entire document are available for purchase on CD for $15.00 (cash or checks made payable to City of Southfield).  Please call the Planning Department at (248) 796-4150 or email the department at contactplanning@cityofsouthfield.com for additional information or to obtain a copy.
