Southfield Pavilion


The Southfield Pavilion, located within the Southfield Municipal Complex at 26000 Evergreen Road, is metro Detroit's premier exposition center. The Pavilion has hosted conferences for over 2,000 people and trade shows featuring close to 200 exhibition booths. Break out space is also available in seven additional rooms located in the Parks & Recreation Building. Free parking for over 1,000 vehicles, as well as quick access to major area freeways such as M-10 (Lodge), I-696 and the Southfield Freeway, make it easy for your attendees to find your event.

QuickTime Virtual Reality (VR)

Facility rental opportunities can now be easily viewed in QuickTime Virtual Reality (VR). Using QuickTime VR, you can view a site as if you were standing there. It's easy to use, just move your mouse over the pictures to click and drag around the QuickTime VR movie and you will get a 360 degree view of the facility.

 

Did You Know?


  • The Parks & Recreation Department is responsible for over 780 acres of park land and open spaces at 33 sites throughout the City, including 333 acres of dedicated nature preserves.
  • The Carpenter Lake Nature Preserve won a 2010 Park Design Award from the Michigan Recreation and Park Association.
  • The City of Southfield is the home of Michigan’s first baseball field for children with any physical or mental disability. Working with The Miracle League, the City constructed a special field designed with a custom synthetic turf and handicapped accessible dugouts, restrooms and drinking fountains.
  • The Parks & Recreation Department offers a large variety of recreation programs at facilities which include two nine-hole golf courses, a lighted driving range, a 50-meter outdoor swimming pool, a senior adult center, an indoor athletic field house, an indoor ice arena and a neighborhood recreation center.
