Committees: The Cornerstone Development Authority utilizes committees for the purpose of advising staff and reviewing specific projects. Committees meet on an “as needed” basis and may represent the full board when City Council requests representation by more than staff. The Executive Committee has further powers and duties outlined in the bylaws.

  • That the Cornerstone District is home to Northland Shopping Center. Northland was the first large shopping center built in the region.

  • That the Cornerstone District is home to Providence Hospital. It's the only hospital around named a Top 100 Heart Hospital in the nation six years in a row.

  • That Northland Mall is over 1.7 million square feet in size and there are currently 122 stores.
